This was my first experience with any Eyemart Express. Maddie was excellent answering my questions and explaining the pros and cons of the different styles of frames. (My previous pair from a competitor, the screw that holds the lens would loosen and fall out and so would the lens.) Ultimately I decided on the same style with the confidence that if it were to happen I can stop in and have it repaired without any additional cost. She also helped me to maximize my insurance benefits and get the best value for me. All in all, I'm very pleased with my entire experience and will continue to do business here in the future.

Had a great experience, I was quickly greeted and helped with what I needed from advice on frames and how they looked to what lenses would suit me best as it was my first prescription with a bifocal. Maddie was who helped me and when I say she went above and beyond she did! I also got my glasses within an hour, which is awesome because I struggle without glasses and found myself in a situation where I needed a pair fast. Maddie was great, we'll definitely be coming back again for future purchases with her!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Cara was very helpful with choosing frames, and Rachel did a comprehensive job of fitting them and explaining everything that I needed to know. The selection was so much better than my Opthalmologist, and although I might have saved a "little" money at some competitors, the one hour+ service sure beats the 2 to 3 week wait everywhere else. I will definitely go back for my next pair!
