I can't believe it took me so long!!! This was A+++++. The doctor and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and attentive. Dr. Buckland introduced himself immediately and was so welcoming. The office was clean, well maintained and completely stocked. Wide variety and selection. Valori went above and beyond, To help me get exactly what I wanted and needed. If you've tried the rest.....GO TO THE BEST.

Waited for over an hour and seen multiple people come in after me and seen before me. But Dr. Buckland noticed me waiting for awhile and told the staff. He was great and got me taken care of. It seems like there were just a few bad employees, but everyone else was pretty good

Dr. Buckland is awesome but his staff is horrible. You go in for an appointment that is schedule and you stand around and no one even acknowledges that you are there and when they do they act like you are bothering them They are rude and inattentive

Horrible service. No refund after an inaccurate eye test left me with poor eyesight for months. Was forced to try and replace lens 2 or 3 times via the Walmart side of this Vision center. Walmart gave me a refund for the lens, after they were unable to correct the problem. Spoke with Eric Buckland, the Optometrist, about a refund for the eye test itself, as I had no other option but to go to a different Optometrist center to get tested. Eric refused to refund and said it isn't his problem I live so far from Walmart Vision Center in Grove City. Problem isn't distance to get there, problem is having to try and work with 80% perfect vision from an inaccurate eye test. Taking this to facebook and Walmart management. I want a refund!
