Front desk receptionist is rude! My first visit here left me not wanting to return. Dont expect a itemized bill or any paperwork.. I paid my co-pay at my visit only to get a text that owed a lot more! Should of been communicated upfront! I felt like everyone was so robotic! Just going thru the motions of your eye issues. I truly felt like a number and not a patient. Then trying to deal with the after appointment! You can not call the Kelnor dr office....you have to go through hoops and get permm

Had my first eye surgery for cataracts and my anxiety was so bad but the nurse was Awesome and was able to calm me down. The surgery was quick and I noticed immediately the difference. Both Dr Sun and Dr Pappa, at the appointment the day after were Absolutely the Best. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone!

Appointment scheduled for 3pm, was not taken to be seen until 3:45, saw the doctor, he could not figure out what was wrong with my eye, referred me to another doctor 2 weeks out. Pointless visit, waste of a copay, extremely unprofessional and not respectful of people's time and or health.
