This practice has caused so much stress over the past two years of my life. The support staff doesn't look at your file to make sure you are with the correct people. They broke my glasses. Made it difficult to replace them. Basically they mess up a lot, then treat you like you are the problem. Never again.

Very thankful for them. Over memorial day weekend, I woke up with a spot in my vision. My "normal" (optician) eye doctor couldn't figure it out but they referred me here to get a second opinion. They got me in VERY quick and they were able to see what was going on and referred me to a retina specialist. The woman at the front desk was kind, and got me registered right away. There wasn't a long wait time at all. I was in and out within an hour or so. I have so much anxiety regarding my eyes due to always having eye issues since birth. They calmed my fears. They were so kind and explained every step and didnt get aggravated when I was worried and asked 1 million questions. Lol I was very thankful to have such a wonderful team of people by my side during this scary time. I will continue to see them for all my eye care needs.

Very disappointing experience. Exam was fine but surgical coordinator has not contacted me in over a week and office manager will not return my calls. Not what you need from a doctor's staff.

They are the worst. They never answer their phones. They are rarely in the office, and when you finally get ahold of someone, they give you the runaround. I don't recommend this place at all !!!
