I brought my daughter here for the first time yesterday, and the doctor was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care. The office manager Denise was awesome and super helpful with the referral and follow up details.

I had a frustrating experience. The manager discussed patient billing with an employee aloud in the waiting area, which sounded unprofessional. All I wanted was a new prescription for glasses. I have been followed for a few years for a rare eye condition but the Perigo optometry tech said was << not that rare >>. Only 0.1% of the population has it. What qualified her to comment on the prevalence? She was quite brusk and dismissive of me, even through I have a healthcare doctorate degree and first hand experience as a clinical trial patient. I declined to have a retinal scan because I just had one a couple of weeks before. I got treated like a child. After the optometrist saw me the manager did not place the referral appointment that the doctor discussed, and seemed more interested in selling me glasses. The prices were very steep. I will not return. I only gave them a 3 star because the optometrist was professional, and I got out quickly.

Love the new staff! Everyone is very knowledgeable and very nice! Dr. Jenny Tran and Dr. Kelly Jo Makley are two of the best doctors I've visited! Prices are fair and time to get glasses back is reasonable. Definitely coming back and spreading the good word!

I saw Dr Tran after Dr Perigo retired. I was so happy and she is very good! Took time, explained everything and offered variables for contacts and I am loving the new RX she put me in!!

Called to make an appointment and was told they accepted Tricare. Even was told what the copay was going to be. The day of the appointment was told that due to not knowing how to bill Tricare that I would need to pay out of pocket. The only thing that was said is "I am sorry this was not communicated to you". Telling someone they have to pay out of pocket the day of the appointment and all that is said is I am sorry is no way to treat customers or for that matter military members. How do you stay on Tricare network if you do not know how to bill appropriately? Will not recommend.

This is my eye doctor for over 20 years. Their new doctor Jenny Tran OD, did me a solid by squeezing me in when I had bright lights, floaters and a possible retina detach. Her knowledge, demeanor and explanation made me feel I totally understood what is going on. I cannot recommend her or Dr Makely enough. Great job.

Terrible! This used to be a great office, not anymore. I've fought to get contacts for over 2 mos. One assistant couldn't find my prescribed contacts so just elected not to order them, or let me know. THEN I contact the office and speak to the manager, excuse after excuse. Finally thought it was all worked out, was told ok we will ord3r a new brand etc. Called me to tell me my trials were in and now I have to make ANOTHER appt to actually get them. In 23 years of wearing contacts I have NEVER had to do this, except my very first pair at age 14. Just trying to bill my insurance for another appt for zero reason. They lost 3 patients today. Never going back. Since the Perigo family sold, this place has gone down the tubes!
