Worst lab we have to deal with by far. We only send orders to them because we have to per VSP. They don't call you when there are issues with orders so you basically have to guess, long wait times to talk to someone and jobs take forever to come, then most of the time they aren't correct. Wouldn't use them at all if we didn't have to.

Worst lab ever, unfortunately owned by the company that most of our patients use for their insurance and sometimes is required for us to use. Turn around time, communication, quality, you name it; they know how to mess it up.

We only use this lab as required by VSP. This is lab is far and beyond the worst lab that we deal with. Jobs come back off axis, too small, long wait time to speak to customer service. It overall is a terrible experience and I would never recommend this lab to anyone. Avoid at all costs, it is not worth the time and aggravation involved. I hope the close the lab down in its entirety. One can only hope. If I could give it 0 stars, that is what it would get.

We only use this lab because VSP sometimes requires it. I have been an optician for three years and this is all-around the worst lab across the board. If there was any way to NOT use them, we would find it. Employees do not know how to answer basic questions, the rep is not educated on the products, and the lab often gets the orders wrong. Avoid using at all costs. Often more of a headache than it's worth.

I would really like to give 0 stars. This is the worst lab I have ever had to deal with. Jobs ordered with AR do not arrive with AR. Jobs take over two weeks and they won't let you know why or that there is even a delay. When they have to call you about an issue they are extremely rude, when they make a mistake they talk to you like it's your fault.
