This is perhaps the friendliest and most efficient vision care office I've visited in years. The staff was very personable and well trained. The equipment was clean and new. The Dr took time to explain everything about my exam and was not in a hurry.

The entire staff were very friendly and easy to talk to I called the day prior to schedule my daughter an appointment and they got her in the very next day. we ended up being late but when we called they had us come on in and we just had to wait a little while for them to have a little opening between other appointments and they were still fast and got her seen and taken care of and out the door in no time! I will recommend this location to anyone who needs an appointment! Highly worth it!

Today's visit was great and hassle free. Me and my two daughters went and there were no issues. Had I completed the paperwork beforehand the appointment would have been even quicker. I just had issue accessing the paperwork from the links sent. I'm not sure if that was user error or not. Anywho! The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Dr. Landrum was knowledgeable, kind and explained our options well. I think this is the one time I'm writing a review where I spent more money than I intended to spend, but I feel comfortable because the options explained to me about my daughter's lenses made so much sense and I didn't feel I was being upsold, more so given the full details about the possibilities, thereby leaving the choice to me as the consumer. Overall wonderful experience and still a fan of the Bridgewater Pearle! Thank you! I wish I could remember everyone's name, but when I say they were all good they were. From the lady who got us started on check-in, to the young lady who assisted during check-in (for 3 people) to the nice lady who did our pre-testing to the optometrist (Dr. Landrum) to the young lady who checked us out with the excellent customer service and detailed knowledge. Thanks to the entire team!!

Dr Landrum was amazing with my 9 year old daughter. She was nervous going in for her first eye exam, he was silly and joked around with her which made her feel calm. I was also very thankful to have been given a Sunday appointment, very convenient for working parents.
