I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! From the receptionist, all the technicians and the doctor! I felt like I was at home with family. I am moving my ENTIRE family to this practice! Please come here for professional, courteous, and respectful service! The paperwork took approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. The doctor knew my benefits and billed accordingly! I can't wait for my yearly appointment next year! I definitely recommend this practice!

First of all when I got there, I was not greeted at all. I sat there for 10 minutes until I decided to go say something. The lady told me to look around and pick out glasses and someone will help me. I did just that but no one ever helped. I had to go back up and ask for help again. The little girl or a lady was rude and never wanted to work with me in the first place. Very unprofessional, she talked with an attitude. Her clothes were Unprofessional. Everything about her was a hot mess. Now had I gave her the energy that she gave me. They would've probably called the police on me. I recommend going to Pearle vision near Jungle Jim's. The staff was amazing and she gave me a completely different price and option than this little girl did. And if staff or whoever would like to chat about this, I'll be more than happy

I had a fantastic experience at this location and I'm so grateful to have found an office where I feel comfortable! I'm autistic and my support person wasn't available to accompany me to a last-minute appointment, but the staff was so friendly and helpful I didn't have an issue. As a Medicaid patient, I'm usually not able to afford add-ons beyond what my insurance covers, and have a hard time navigating pressure to purchase additional items/services. It was a huge relief that the staff here was understanding and didn't try to upsell while I was browsing frames, and there was still a great selection of frames within my budget. The doctor was wonderful and super patient, explaining every step of the appointment, which helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. She wasn't at all judgmental when I admitted it's been a decade since my last exam, which was something I was really nervous about. All in all a fantastic experience and I highly recommend the Bridgewater Falls location!
