Clarity Eyecare

As a person who does product reviews as a second career, I am more than detailed, very particular with high expectations, and focused on product and service quality. Some say critical and maybe too detailed... So when I thought about what I wanted to shout to the world about Clarity Eyecare - it was easy! Nothing but positives! I do indeed want to shout it to the world! (or at least Central Ohio...) My wife and I have been patients and customers for at least 2 1/2 decades, I am guessing close to 28 years. We have had nothing but stellar eye care and incredible customer service. From the front desk and behind the scenes, to the optometrists and the opticians - friendly, caring, prompt, fair and no high-pressure sales when it comes to eyewear. They get it and deliver nothing short of stellar. They care! A lot.... My most recent visits were excellent - from Anne, Amanda, Abby, Dr. Molly and the rest of the team - bravo! I feel like I have friends there who take special care of me and my eyes (and fashion since I like some fashion-forward eyeglasses.) The friendliness and professional care is nothing short of the best! Thanks all!

Just wanted to share how much I love Clarity. All of the doctors are amazing and the staff is so good with the kids. I love how everyone interacts with my kids and has great conversations with them to calm the nerves. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful eye appointment experience.

Dr Murphy is thorough and Tish and Amanda went the distance to make sure that everything was correct with my prescription. They also were determined to make sure I was satisfied with my new glasses. I appreciated their teamwork and attention to detail.

I have been coming to this practice for about 8 years now and other members of my family have as well. I have never had a bad experience and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ackerson is a great Doctor and always there to answer questions. They have a decent selection of glasses to purchase within the office and I've never had issues finding a fashionable pair that I like. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need of an optometrist!

I can't recommend Ackerson Eyecare enough. My whole family goes here. We see Dr. Eddleblute and she is outstanding. She explains everything so well and is great with my son who needed glasses starting at 4 (he's now 8). She is very knowledgeable and down to Earth. The staff who helps us find glasses/lenses and check out are great too, always so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated their Covid procedures as well. Very clean and everything ran so smoothly. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

This was my first visit to Ackerson Eyecare and let me tell you I am a patient here for life as long as they are around. The front desk staff is welcoming and great. Then I go on to the tech Peyton and she is amazing. Her bedside manner with me was great chatted talk about the weekend just what you what to feel comfortable. Then I seen Dr. Eddlebrute I can't say enough about her as well, she explained everything to me and suggested things I did not even think about. I am a little nervous to go to the eye doctor and they made this visit so comfortable and easy. Then picking out my glasses was a breeze and they have a big selection and are very helpful as well. Thanks so much to all the stff and my doctor for a great experience. Please if you need a new eye doctor this is the place. Andriea Lewis

I've been going to Akerson Eye Care in Hilliard for about 20 years. In all that time, I have never been disappointed or unsatisfied with the service I have received. Today, I saw Doc Katie. Not only is she a very good Optometrist, but her bedside manner is a welcomed change after what we have all been through during the past several years. Doc Katie is knowledgeable, helpful in recommending the best solution for me and recommends the best quality glasses and lenses within the budget I have set. If you get the opportunity to go see them, the receptionists, the assistants, the technicians, the doctors, the sales assistants and the account staff, have constantly increased merchandise selection, added qualified staff and Doctors to ensure you receive the best, exceptional care available in the Central Ohio Area. I had my annual exam today with Dr. Eddlebrute. As usual the staff is friendly, the office clean, the exam thorough and Dr. Eddlebrute delightful. They never push a new set of glasses when you only need a minor correction. Plus she is a great listener and gives me options. They all wore masks and managed to keep distances in view of the pandemic and latest surge. I highly recommend and will keep going back.
