I have been a patient of Dr. Coleman in the past and again now. Due to my insurance changing, I could not keep going to him a couple of years ago. So, I went to Pearle Vision which was fine in the meantime. Well, recently I went to COA to get mine and my son's eyes checked and they did a terrible job. I took our new prescriptions to Coleman to double check because everything was totally different. Dr. Coleman is a perfectionist. That's who I want making my eye glasses prescription.

I had put an inquiry in on Sunday night regarding eye irritation I had been undergoing all weekend. Dr Coleman called me Sunday night and assured he would make time to see me as soon as possible. He was so genuine and helpful and mentally made me relieved. They squeezed me into their packed schedule this afternoon and he was able to remove the irritation and was thorough and extremely helpful. Wonderful experience I would recommend him to anyone!

After evaluating an elderly patient & seeing the patient had cataracts & glaucoma, he should have referred the patient if the cataracts were severe enough. Coleman pressed that the patient have glasses made, even though Dave told him that we wanted to wait. The patient had a hard time seeing with the new glasses. It was at this time Coleman then referred the patient to an ophthalmologist who stated the patient should've had cataract surgery 7 yrs ago. I call this cheating the patient.

Fantastic practice. Was able to work me in the same day I called to remove some debris from my eye. Took the time to call and check up on me over the weekend. Nice to see a doctor who is concerned about the patient instead of the usual assembly line approach that is all too prevalent these days.
