My whole family has been seeing Dr. Vanderhorst for several years. We all love her! She is great to work with and I've never had a bit of problem with the entire office. Highly recommended!

I've seen both Dr. Vanderhorst and Dr. Eddleblute and they're both so friendly, thorough, and explain your insurance coverage and prescription. They are not pushy when it comes to ordering contacts or glasses. In addition, the staff is also very nice and detailed. I've never waited too long for my appointment either. I'd highly recommend this practice!

Dr Eddleblute is very personable and the staff are so friendly. They ask what you want and do not try to push anything on to you (I needed glasses and they helped me keep it cost effective). Service is also timely--I've sat in too many waiting rooms and exam rooms in the past waiting to be seen but not here! Highly recommend this place

Life long patient. I'm 32 and have been going here since elementary school. Took my wife in for her first time with them and as we were leaving she told me that she was glad I talked her into coming here instead of an unnamed chain place. Great staff really works with you do get what you need even when on a budget.

I love everyone here! Everyone is so nice and fun to talk to! I don't even live in hilliard but it's worth the drive to go here. Would not go anywhere else

Their optician Pamela is awesome! She cares. She noticed right away our insurance coverage had changed from last year, for the worse. But with some super-sleuthing, she saved the day and my pocketbook!

I have gone here for years, but my experience this morning was exceptional. I'm getting ready to go on vacation and I had a hard time getting an appointment due to my work and school schedule. I went for a contact exam this morning, and I have never worn contacts so I was under the impression that I would not be able to get them today. I was very upset about this because I have trouble wearing my glasses and I'm going on vacation tomorrow and was disappointed that I would not be able to see everything while on my trip. I was noticeably upset (almost in tears) and Dr. Eddleblute and the staff went out of their way and made it possible for me to get contacts before vacation. The person who taught my class and how to put them kn was so nice and helpful and I was in and out with contacts in a super timely matter to make it to my final exams for college. I am overwhelmed with happiness that I will be able to enjoy my vacation knowing that I will be able to see comfortably thanks to the staff at Ackerson Eye Care. Thank you so much, I cannot express my gratitude.

Always easy to get into. The majority of the staff was pleasant and very helpful except for Melonie, the blonde at the front desk. She was not friendly and needs to work on her customer service skills..
