I have been a patient of Dr. Kegler for over 10 years. I have had 2 instances of a scratched or damaged cornea and Dr. Kegler got me into the office and helped treat the issues asap. He follows up to ensure no infection and that the eye heals properly. His staff is kind and as stated, worked to get me in knowing quickly knowing I was in pain. Great practice.

Good exam, no wait time, great follow-up.

Super satisfied with everything about Northwest Ophthalmology: I usually never have to wait, unlike those "cattle call" practices where I'm just a number. Very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional staff treat me like I'm their only patient. Dr. Kegler is the best, I'd trust him with my life...the entire practice is awesome, I actually look forward to going there for my checkups.

I went to Northwest Ophthalmology because I could no longer see well out of my right eye. I was diagnosed with Cataracts and scheduled for surgery. The surgery involves removing your defective lens and replacing it with another. I have had a bad astigmatism all my life and of course insurance only covers the standard correction. I opted to pay out of pocket for the best lens, one that also corrected the astigmatism. The surgery is performed at the Eye Center on Neil Avenue. It is painless, quick, and everyone is friendly and proficient at their duties. I arrived at 7 am and was on my way home at 10. The most discomfort of the whole procedure was the needle stick for the IV which she got on the first try and I am a tough stick. Cut to the chase, I had an appointment the next morning to get the eye cover off and had 20 20 vision in that eye. It was the first time in my life that I was not reliant on glasses to drive, read, or perform day to day tasks. I highly recommend Northwest Ophthalmology and The Eye Center. I also recommend spending the extra money if you have an astigmatism, it is well worth the piece of mind knowing you are no longer reliant on glasses. Is there a way to give them 6 stars LOL!

The staff was friendly and extremely professional. I spent very little time waiting to be brought back for the exam and took their time through all of the tests (did not try to rush me through them). I felt informed every step along the way.

Great experience. I would certainly come back if I need to.
