Professional Vision Services- Hilliard has been my vision care specialist for three years now. This year I was able to set my annual exam up for the same day. Not only was I able to be seen immediately but the receptionist was friendly. All the staff at this location is helpful and professional. My glasses were ordered and in within ten days. I was emailed and able to pick them up the same day. They were a perfect fit. I was encouraged that if I ever have a problem with fit and want an adjustment no appointment is needed. The follow up phone call to check on my glasses was a wonderful surprise. Your office has really upped its game. Nice job Professional Vision Services- Hilliard.

Ive been going to this office since 2008 - sad to say Im never returning. I used to see Dr. Murray until he mysteriously was "no longer with the practice" when I called to get an over the counter dry eye ointment/drop recommendation during summer 2024. I had just had an exam a couple months prior (with Dr. Murray) but was told I needed to go in for another exam (with a new provider that "had many years experience") - I refused to go in for another exam since I was just in so they never gave me a recommendation. You would think as a common courtesy, you would inform clients that have seen this doctor for years, that he will no longer be with the practice - but instead, he was there one day and not the next. If you have a pre teen child that shows interest in contact lenses, the employees will say your child can come in as many times as they want to learn to put the contacts in. Be aware though that the employees will start to show frustration because your child is having a tough time (if you come in more than once). Also be ready for the employees to be unsupportive and call your child a "Debbie Downer" because your child is also getting frustrated. I had taken a pair of glasses in to have the lenses replaced for a second time due to horizontal lines showing up on the lenses. An employee said that something reacted to something inside the lens to cause the lines. I dropped the glasses off on March 18th. I had not received a call/text/email from the office and called in to check on my glasses on April 15th. I was told that yes they were in and when I asked if they could tell me when they got back, I was told March 27th!! So my glasses sat there for 2.5 weeks when I could have had them. I was not informed that my glasses were in because I have my communication preferences set to not receive anything. I cannot be the only person that does not want to be bothered by unwanted calls/texts/emails. Thankfully these were my backup pair but what if they weren't? Unprofessional that they couldn't give me a courtesy call to come pick them up. Im very disappointed with this office and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been a patient here for over a decade and normally have had an amazing experience. However, after an exam with their new doctor, I had to visit multiple times to get a second option by a different doctor. I had to get my glasses made 3 separate times because they made multiple errors on my prescription. This caused me to go 3 months with scratched up glasses unable to get a new pair. The customer service during this whole process was terrible. The individual on the phone kept telling me it was my error and that they didn't believe the doctor made any mistakes. I also was told to just wear the wrong prescription anyway to get use to it despite me explaining it felt like I was wearing drunk goggles and didn't feel comfortable driving with that prescription.

I've been seeing Dr. Murray for around 25 years. My husband and I both see Dr. Murray. I don't know if our son still goes to PVS. I saw Dr. Pippo before Dr. Murray. Both doctors are great. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Susie is fantastic! I used to wear special contacts and always an excellent job on them. The frames and lenses are high quality. Glasses come in fairly quickly. I also feel like family. I enjoy my yearly exams because that's when I visit everyone. Not too many of the original staff left. Some have been there so long they've retired. Loved Doreen, Ann, Phil, and Minnie when they worked there.

My first visit to PVS was in November 2024, when Dr. Jenny Tran examined my eyes and updated my prescription. Dr. Tran did an excellent job, very thorough, professional, and friendly - in fact, that characterizes my interactions with everyone at this PVS location, from the reception staff to nurses and assistants. Additionally, working with Katherine, who manages the optical side of the location, has been a pleasure. It can be hard for me to ask exactly for what I need, or for adjustments, even when I am paying for it, and Katherine has made me feel welcome and comfortable, and that making sure I like the frames and lenses I'm purchasing are one of her top concerns. I appreciate that I've been in several times for modifications to the same pair of glasses, and never once have I felt like I was being treated with anything but respect, helpfulness, and a willingness to make sure I receive the best optical products and a positive experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Pipo for 20 years. He is without a doubt the best eye doctor I have had the pleasure of using. Dr. Pipo does a complete exam, and always helps keep your vision healthy.

The office called several days after my visit to see how I was doing because of an issue I had with my eyes. Dr.Murray has been amazing: kind, professional -ethical--He did not charge me for services that I did not need. I heartily recommend this group. The BEST in the area!

My husband, son (3 years old) and I saw Dr. Murray. He was AWESOME. He did a fantastic job with my son, keeping him interested and using kid-appropriate ways to test him. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a few minutes to wait in the office, but I think it was only because it was the end of the year. Our contacts arrived in a timely manner. I can't say anything about glasses, because neither of us needed to change our prescriptions much. I highly reccomend them.
