America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Needed a quick contact lens appointment so that I could order new lenses. Called and within 1 week I walked out a happy camper! The staff was very professional and didn't pressure me or get an attitude when I asked for just my prescriptions! Erin especially was really nice. Will come back again!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I took my prescription from another doctor. America's Best has a lot of both fun and traditional frames to choose from...I prefer fun, which I got. Can't wait to pick them up!

Terrible doctor. Terrible staff. The doctor tried to talk me out of monthly contacts and then told me they were on order. The staff wouldn't give me my prescription because he needed to see them in my eyes. Then when I called a week later they just threw the prescription at me and told me to go elsewhere. This is after telling me they legally couldn't just give me my contact prescription without a fitting. Bullshit.

Every time I go to or call the store in holland, they are so rude to me. I've been going to them for about 10-12 years now. I'm nice every time i go in and every time I'm met with snotty attitudes from all the employees that work there, besides the eye doctor. I went in there the other day to look for some new eyeglasses and to get an old pair loosened because they were too tight in my face. No one offered to help me look for new glasses. I asked pricing on some of them and the lady just handed me a laminated paper and told me to look for myself. The lady that loosened my glasses, loosen them so loose that they were falling off my face, and I explain that to her. She then got an attitude with me because she had to tighten them a little bit more for me. So I told her again that they were still too loose and she said that's exactly what I asked for and rolled her eyes at me. So at this point, I feel uncomfortable so I just take my glasses and leave and now I still cannot wear them. I called up there today to confirm pricing for the glasses that I did like. Once again was greeted with an attitude. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said speaking and started laughing. I could understand if I went in there and I was being rude to them, but I didn't. I told her I didn't understand why every time I come up there a call that everyone is just so rude to me. She said she answered my questions and that I needed to have a good day and then giggled again and hung up the phone. I'm in shock. I will not ever return to that store. Employees treating people like they are better than you. I'm in disgust. Also, with the fact that I couldn't speak to anybody above the person that sat there and laughed at me, is absolutely absurd.

All of the people I had an interaction with were extremely nice . Especially Lauren . Helped me pick out some rad frames and got me exactly what I wanted for a great price . The optometrist was super cool and so was the girl who started my exam ( can't recall her her name ) . Very nice people . Highly recommend checking this place out .

I have gotten my glasses here now for maybe two years and they have always given me great service and a great product at a very reasonable price. They even process the insurance for me, which I really appreciate. I will be returning.

The fact that you need an "exam" past a certain time frame is ridiculous! I've been with you guys since 2015 and if my eyes are comfortable with these contacts and I'm out I get told I need another $129 Exam?! Well forget that! I'll take my money elsewhere and order contacts through another company. It's my risk to keep ordering that type and not yours! So if I can't order new ones through you I'll find them somewhere else! Why would I waste my time in an exam with you guys just to get told I need the exact same ones I'm already trying to buy?!

I'm not exaggerating when I say this America's Best location has been truly life changing for me. Before I became a patient here I was just a typical 30 year old male with a severely receding hairline, I was borderline blind, women wanted nothing to do with me, and men would walk past me in disgust. One of the employees there, Andi, is where my life got flipped and turned upside down. She sold me the most exquisite pair of eyeglasses I have ever laid eyes on. At that moment, the old me was thrown like The One Ring into Mount Doom and the confident, beautiful me sprang out of the fires like a phoenix. My hairline has come back with a vengeance to rival that of 80s hair metal legends like Bret Michaels, Bon Jovi, and Axl Rose. I have better eyesight than the most majestic and patriotic bird known to man, the bald eagle (not to be confused with my new hairline). I have no fewer than five beautiful women beating down my door every night, and the men that looked at me in disgust now look at me with both awe and envy. All because the wonderful Andi changed my life and sold me some glasses. I owe her my life.
