I was only 8 minutes late and Dr Schwalie staff member said " she had to cancel me, can't see me. She was rude about, it.
I couldn't explain that I was pleasantly waiting for a semi trying to get into Yoders on Holloway." I love dr Schwalie but unfortunately your front office needs to be trained!!! I am sad I have to leave your practice because of a rude office personnel !
I hope you find a better office manager!
