From the second you walk in to start the process the staff is amazing. They answered any questions that I might've had and they put you at such ease with everything that is going to happen. They take an intimidating situation and made it so incredibly calming I truly wish I wouldn't of waited so long to get my lasik done. Thank you!!!! Getting lasik was the best decision, I'm very happy that I now have perfect vision and don't have to wear contacts anymore. I'm so grateful to the lasik staff! They're very kind and helpful. I had LASIK done at Lasik Vision Center in Independence and I couldn't be happier--I can see clearly now! I had my Lasik procedure done on October 10th. From the consultation to the day of the procedure, every single staff member was kind and encouraging. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and in a way that not only left me with a better understanding, but put any concerns or anxiety I had at ease. I am just so grateful to the entire staff at Lasik Vision Centers of Cleveland. And I would tell anyone, if you have thought about doing this for yourself (like I did for YEARS), do it! You won't regret it. And go visit these lovely people at LVC. They will make you feel so at ease with this experience. Which face it... Isn't anxiety one of the top reasons why some of us put it off for so long? I know that's why I did.
