All staff members are wonderful. Very friendly and informative! They definitely make you feel like part of the group. Questions are answered professionally without making you feel stupid for not knowing. Dr. Thomas was very efficient. He let me know what was going to happen every step of the way, by describing each step before he took it. I cant say enough about how well everything has gone so far. The first day of the procedure is a little rough, but after the first 4-6 hours it does calm down. Overall I had A very positive experience with them!

LASIK provided me with not only 20/20 vision but 100/100 customer service, care, support, and understanding through the entire process. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a life without glasses as they currently offer a cost efficient 12 month no interest payment program and I would say it is definitely worth the cost as compared to using glasses and needed new prescriptions, glasses, contacts, and more down the line. After wearing glasses for a few years, I decided to get lasik done. My experience with LASIK Plus had been amazing. The procedure took only a few minutes and was completely painless. Everyone of the staff was wonderful and I was able to get the intake and procedure done on the same day. With the touch ups included (check this if you compare clinics), you will save money in the future. I was able to read without glasses in a few hours after the procedure, it is amazing. I wanted to wait to do my review. It has been two months since I had lasik and it is probably the best thing I did. I love waking up every morning and being able to see, not having to mess with contacts or glasses. I had a great experience with the staff at the Independence location. They answered all of my questions relating to astigmatism, dry eyes and recovery. The procedure was very fast and I appreciated the Dr. telling me everything they were doing as I moved from the first laser to the next. It does feel kind of like someone pushing down on your eyes and the worst part is the first few hours afterwards which just feels like a burning almost like getting shampoo in your eyes. But I took it easy for the evening and was on my way. I did use the artificial tears provided about every hour for the first week or so as they said to expect and took the eye supplement as prescribed. Driving at night or some lighting you will get some blurring for about 1-2 weeks. I have 15/20 vision now and could not be happier. I highly recommend this office.

The staff and doctor Thomas were amazing. They constantly messaged me to make sure I was prepared for surgery and Dr Thomas called me the night after my surgery to check on me. The process was so easy and already within 24 hours I can see almost perfectly. I'm excited to see how my vision is in a few weeks once my eyes are fully healed

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The entire LASIK process was seamless and it wasn't as scary as I thought. Dr. Thomas is gentle and reassured me throughout the surgery. I was able to see clearly after 4 hours! I wish I had done it sooner.If you are thinking about getting LASIK, definitely get it at LasikPlus!
