Dr. Zimmerman was very nice, thorough and took a lot of time explaining what he was doing and why. Explained my results to me and the causes for some of my irritation in my eyes. He was personable and warm. Quick but not rushed. Patty (I hope that's her name) helped me pick out frames after, explained everything that was covered under the insurance. Facility was clean, staff was professional and nice. Excellent first time experience.

I like this place. My appointments start on time, my doctor gets my Rx right, and he's a nice guy to talk to. The website works well enough to make appointments. The staff are great, always nice and helpful. I wear progressive lenses, and thus far they've been spot on with my setting height. I think the frame selection is good, and easy to browse. I have not had a bad experience yet, and this is possibly the longest I've stayed with the same practice.

I was seen last week by Dr. Zimmerman. The office has a great selection of frames! I enjoyed the experience so much I brought my son in for the same as he needed to have his eyes dilated also. I took advantage of the Optimap instead of being dilated with drops.
First let me say that Dr. Zimmerman is wonderful. He has a very relaxed and calm manner. He's going to be very thorough and explain everything as he goes along.
The Optimap as opposed to being dilated is as different as night and day. Much easier to do, no light sensitivity or stinging, no crazy sunglasses! You're able to see what the doctor sees. We're able to compare differences once we return next for another exam.
This gives me peace of mind for the future in my families eye care. I'm really happy to have found an optometrist office for the entire family!
