Dr. Ross has been my family's optometrist for more than 25 years. We have always had professional exams and great service during many insurance changes. Recently, I had an unexpected eye situation where a new pair of glasses was need quickly. The only person that could make the impossible, possible, was Collen! I am so grateful that Dr. Ross and Collen are part of our community!

Had been telling her for two years that my vision was worsening. All she would do is "tweak" my prescription for my contacts. Never dilated my pupils. I just got new insurance and went elsewhere for a second opinion. Ends up I have cataracts and need surgery. She should have caught this way before now. The one position side of my visits was Colleen. She is a gem!

I called to see if they took Medicaid. The lady who answered asked me what kind. I read off to her things on my Medicaid card but she was uncertain. When I asked her if she could find out for sure and give me a call back, she said uuuhhh and then said we are a small company and I'm certain they can't. I don't know what to say about that. I hope they do well and grow into a solid company that knows for sure what service they provide and benefit plans they work with.
