Super clean & From the moment I walked in I received the best customer service- better than anything I've ever experienced. The front office staff were super friendly, quick to the point and very knowledgeable. If you want your eyeballs to experience the thrill of an 18 point inspection and reach optimal performance, this is the place to be at. The entire process is quick and not irritant to the eyes at all. Now, Dr. Koubek, he's the man! He literally broke down my eyeball layer by layer and made me understand my stigmatism and explain every single detail. I didn't go the glasses route, but they do have a wide selection with many top brands and different styles. I will definitely be coming here for all my optical needs.

I have been having a very hard time getting my new glasses right. I decided to go to Madison Eye Care to try a new place. They were especially attentive towards me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Kubec was extra thorough and explained everything so that I understood my eyes better. Grace S. helped me find the right frames and lens options for my new prescription. Very nice people. Vert nice atmosphere.

I absolutely love Madison Eye Care in Lakewood. The office is always welcoming, and Dr. Kyle Koubek is the best. He's easy to talk to, takes his time, and really makes the appointment feel comfortable and relaxing instead of rushed. Every visit feels like a good conversation, not just an exam. I always leave feeling taken care of. I can't wait to go back and get another pair of glasses!

I've always been happy with my experience! I've seen a couple doctors who have all been kind and took their time. All of the opticians are wonderful who I've worked with- they always help to pick out frames and made sure I left happy and with what I wanted.

Madison Eye care is the best. They take you when your appointment is scheduled. All the staff are very warm and professional. Dr Steele is wonderful . She so easy to talk to and is a top notch eye doctor for what ever you need . I won't go anywhere else. I give Madison eye care the highest rating possible

Great care by Dr. Hannah Marek! She got me in to see a specialist right away. However, the optician added features to my glasses I didn't agree to which cost a lot, and I had to review the receipt and ask for a refund. Not a good business model.

I've been going to Madison Eye Care for almost 10 years now. Service is always excellent! The staff is very kind and personable. I can't recommend Dr. Leah Steele enough.
