The Eye Center of Lakewood

From the second you walk in the door it's inviting and so festive! The beautiful ladies at the desk are so welcoming and fantastic! They we able to get my mom in next day, wow! I forgot her name but the amazing woman who gave my mom her eye exam was absolutely incredible! Her heart and serving spirit are beautiful you can tell she is very passionate about her job! So caring and patient, you can really tell she has a huge heart and a giving spirit the way she took care of not only my mom but me, she explained everything she was doing, she was so nice and and just wonderful. Dr. Miller, wow!! From the second she walked in the door her spirits filled the room. She was so attentive and compassionate with my mom, Dr Miller was so kind and took her time with my Mom. She listened to our concerns acknowledged them addressing them fully and coming up with a plan. What a wonderful Dr! The receptionist and the lady who does the glasses were just remarkable! What a wonderful experience we had. The inviting atmosphere, it's clean, it's festive, just wonderful. Thank you so much for everything. Especially getting my mom in the next day! Thank you.

They were great here! I saw Dr. Miller. She was thorough and super nice and explained everything to me. Then someone helped me find glasses after clearly explaining how both my insurance policies worked.

Optician Sheryl Bryan and Dr. Gwen Miller are wonderful. They are both knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I have continued to go back to Dr. Miller and Cheryl for more years than I can count because of the quality and expertise of service that I receive. I could not possibly think of going to anyone else, and I drive almost an hour from Chagrin Falls to see them. Thank you both so much for years of excellent care and service Shawn.

While waiting For my first time examination, I connected with another patient in the waiting room, and we assisted each other with choosing frames as if we were old friends. Then I got with Crystal for the preliminary examination. Crystal is a patient, kind, understanding, and caring person. She listened patiently to my concerns, and I really enjoyed her company. She is an outstanding professional.

How refreshing to find a business that offers outstanding Customer Service! I ordered contacts the end of last week and let my doctor know that I needed them by today . I got a call Tuesday saying my contacts would be ready for pick up Wednesday morning. I mentioned that I would pick them up Wednesday morning or this morning. I went to Lakewood Eye Center this morning, and the location was closed! I called the Fairview location and although the receptionist was very unhelpful, Ginny and Joanne (I think that's her name) worked it out where Joanne drove my contacts over to the Lakewood location so I could leave for my trip on time! I am so grateful to both of these young ladies. Thank you, thank you thank you!

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I had all my concerns addressed and explained. Everything was done in a timely manner, with little waiting.

Very good experience here. Even being a first time patient they got me in next day. When I arrived the staff was nice. I was promptly greeted, and only had a very short wait. I saw Gwen Miller. She was awesome. Very kind & friendly. She explained things clearly was very informative. She got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed in anyway. The waiting area is very outdated though. They could use a remodel. But otherwise, great office.

I went to the eye center today Dr. Miller was so nice to see me on short notice i'm glad she did and the staff was great I would recommend going here. Thank you Dr. Miller
