The staff was very nice and polite. Had my eyes examined and fitted for contacts. Was given the wrong prescription for contacts, 1 was for reading, I thought I just had to get used to them. It was about a year later, with another doctor, that told me they were not correct. I do not think I will go back again.

Seems that after you pay for YOUR eye exam you have no right to your complete RX. Excludes pupillary distance. I was told that it is done by whomever is making your glasses. Or you can do it yourself? This rule isn't the worst (force me to buy from you) but what happened to customer service? Why would they make buying my glasses at a more reasonable cost a problem? Why should I be ask to measure this distance when I can't see in the first place till I get glasses?

They told me when I arrived for my appointment, after having many doctors find me a cornea specialist for my condition only to have them say, "We stopped accepting your insurance yesterday." I canceled my college course and was to pick up 1/2 semester classes if I could get my cornea tears under control. Well, thanks for delaying my care and education further waiting on this appointment.
