The doctor was very pleasant and efficient and professional and the woman that tested my eyes she was very sweet professional conversational I had a very positive experience Over All. I wasn't expecting to find any glasses that I liked but my friend who was with me picked out a pair of really wild glasses for me and I really like them and he said I look beautiful in them so in 2 weeks I'll have them. I should have taken a picture of myself with the glasses on but I didn't so we'll have to wait 2 weeks. They really need to sweep the floor the place was not immaculate the floor was dirty with miscellaneous stuff that needed cleaning.

Came for a New Patient appointment and was thrilled. The clinicians were efficient and thorough. The doctor took his time in explaining the diagnostic exam to show the health of my eyes. He even recommended a healthier way to wear my contacts and save money by switching to daily disposable contacts rather than the monthly ones I used to buy. This saved me a ton of money and I wish my previous doctor had told me about these sooner. The office was clean and well organized. I arrived 20 minutes early and only had to wait 5 minutes before being seen. 10/10. Will certainly recommend to anyone in need of a new eye doctor.

Buyer beware. I decided to switch from VisionWorks to Pearle at Legacy for a change. Family of three had vision exams, two for contacts. Both instances the doctor, without any disclosure, gave exams for the most expensive contact lenses (over $1,000 for 6 month supply). Neither the contacts nor the exam for these expensive contacts were covered by our insurance, which Pearle was aware. They charged us $100 per exam. I had to go and speak to the 'manager' on two separate occasions to get these charges reversed. We asked for a price list for the second contacts. The 'manager' claimed to email it to us, never received it. After two visits and multiple calls and in person meetings with the 'manager' and Dr. Chim the office called to place order for my daughter's contacts. Our insurance gives us $150 towards contacts annually, which has always been adequate - maybe adding another $50. The agent called and I specifically authorized that they only order enough boxed that would be totally covered by the insurance $150 stipend. We pick up six boxes of contacts. A month later we receive an invoice for over $650!! Today, I went to the Legacy Village Pearle for the fifth and final time to return the four unopened boxes of contacts and demand they be taken off my invoice as I had not authorized the purchase. I was informed that they only order contacts after obtaining a credit card payment. I asked, "then why are you billing me for $650!!" After having to request a receipt showing that I returned the four boxes of contacts (pardon if I don't take their word about noting the return in my daughter's records!!) I left the store for the last time. I will never step foot in that establishment again. 2/6/2026 update: We received a text and voice message that two boxes of contacts have been ordered and ready for pick up. Another "unauthorized" purchase by Pearle Legacy. At this point I will be filing an official complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and Pearle's parent company Luxottica for UDAP violations related to undisclosed fees and deceptive business practices.

My experience was amazing! I'll definitely be returning for my next exam. Dr Chima was professional and kind. Johnny was so kind to me while figuring out what glasses looked great on me and what ones were covered by my insurance company. Johnny is truly an angel

just wanted to say heartfelt thank you to these two employees of this store- to Johnny and to another white guy (I didn't catch his name). I was there twice. First time I went to get prescription glasses with a prescription i already had from a different location in Lyndhurst. Johnny is a marvel, smart and has a pleasant presence, he is respectful and genuinely a nice person. The second time I went to pick up my eye glasses that were ready surprisingly fast. The older white guy adjusted my new pair of glasses fast and efficiently. Also very professional and friendly. I had medical mutual plus Eyemed insight insurance. And my prescription glasses were fully covered by my insurance. I do not give five stars because the store has some issues with staffing.

The staff at the location are courteous and professional Doc was great.....HOWEVER, whatever lab they use to make glasses ruins all that. I came in and got glasses 12/3/25 and I'm still waiting. An approaching (tentative it still may be longer) 30 day turnaround is unacceptable. I used LensCrafters last 2 years and got my glasses in 8 days. I went to America's Best before that and got glasses in 5. I'm really frustrated because had I been told it would be a month or more I definitely would've went somewhere else

Dr Cheema and the staff were excellent. Friendly, personable. Easy to get to the office. It's immaculate and has thee best selection of eye wear. Love love love them. Will be back and will 3000% recommend them.

Both visits to your store was good. The customer service was excellent. Both doctors were thorough. I do have the following complaints. The first doctor notified me that it was DEFINITELY time for cataract removal, however, due to cornea swelling, I needed to discontinue use of contact lenses for a couple weeks, return for another scan to monitor improvement and then be scheduled fir the cataract removal. I did not return to Pearl until November. At the most recent visit, I was informed that I was seeing almost 20/20 and that the cataract removal (although needing definite removal per previous exam) would not be covered by insurance.because they were not (severe) enough. Further, the cost of glasses were extremely high price so I did not order with Pearl. I found suitable frames and and lenses at WALMART for an acceptable price! PEARL'S prices were very high
