I've been going to Dr. Brunner for years. Outstanding physician! Then I developed cataracts and saw Dr. Shaunessey who is also a caring and outstanding doctor! NOMS also has an optical shop. Nicki, the optician is top notch.

Dr. Zielinski is a great doctor! My son has been her patient for 3 years and after every appointment I always feel like we made the right choice for a pediatric ophthalmologist. She speaks to him in a way he understands and always answers our questions. She never seems rushed and is very thorough in her care.

I have never been to a medical office where the experience is as pleasant as it is here. The staff takes you back at your appointment time or earlier (!), all the employees are friendly and competent, and you have a sense that the medical team really cares about you and is genuinely interested in your problem. I have already recommended the Ophthalmology group to a co-worker.

I give 5 stars to Dr. Zielinski and the excellent care our daughter receives and for their staff who are always friendly & courteous but ZERO stars for the "Patient Portal" - it is absolutely TERRIBLE! I have been unable to send an e-mail message to Dr. Zielinski ever since it was changed a few years ago ! I have informed them multiple times about their problematic website and they have told me "you are not the only person to complain about the Patient Portal". So far nothing has been solved. I was there yesterday and was told to call them if I was still unable to send a message. When I was still unable to send an e-mail, I called them. The operator put me on 'hold' for over 10 minutes and I finally hung up. After 2 years of a problem, one would think UOA would hire a better company to manage their website.

I have gone to Dr Bruner for several years. He is an amazing wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain details of my dry eye syndrome. The staff is very friendly. They work well when a crowd is involved! Thank-you everyone!

Dr. Zielinski was recommended to my husband & I by a friend. We have been extremely satisfied with her care & that of her staff. Dr. Zielinski has our highest regard for her caring & professional manner.

My first visit with this clinic. They were all very helpful and friendly. The nurse was very thorough and Dr Steinemann was warm and welcoming, answering all my questions and giving me options. Would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Zielinski is a great doctor and I plan to remain with her for many years to come. She may have resolved a problem that I told to three other health care professionals. None of them did anything to resolve the issue. Two gave me nothing to do. One suggested eye exercises that did no good. She gave me drops which I think are helping.
