Office staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable for any questions you might have. Dr Cooper is fantastic! Puts your fears at ease. Is very thorough and takes his time to answer ALL your questions. It is also comforting that he does the procedures in the hospital just in case you would need further assist. His surgical team is professional, friendly and eases any presurgical fears. Will be doing the second eye in August!

This incident happened last year and finally getting around to this. Rude staff and didn't care about my concerns during the early stage of my first pregnancy. Refused to see me even though I was bleeding and had cramps told me they wouldn't see me until 8th week. I lost the baby a couple days shy of my scheduled appointment with Dr. Cooper. It was a very sad and unpleasant experience that I will never forget. Thankfull to have found a great doctor and he worked with me through my second pregnancy now I have a beautiful baby girl.
