Dr. Sprout is wonderful! She did a great job with my exam and went out of her way to help me figure out which contacts work best for me! It was time for new glasses too and her staff did a super job getting me measured for my progressive lenses. Everyone there was really nice, friendly, and helpful. I'll definitely be going back! The visit with the optometrist was fine but the billing dept. and service from the front office were horrible. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Dr. Showalter and her staff in Vienna are excellent!

Went for glasses. The prices of lenses and frames were out of my reach. So I used the script they gave me with eyebuydirect. And now the Dr said they won't even clean my glasses because I went through a third party. Awful service.

I just called to ask a couple questions about my insurance and the woman hung up on me after I tried to ask my first question. Service is trash. Didn't get any answers. I heard the phone hang up. It wasn't a dropped call. She also had a bad attitude with her "hello"

You can't even schedule your 2 children and yourself for an appointment... Apparently they're not sure I was going to be there...me, I'm driving my children!
So they wanted me to schedule myself for another day even though they had open slots... I'm not going to take the day off of work get the kids out of school drive over there have my two kids seen take them back to school just to take the next day off of work to do it again for myself.
Just go to Lenscrafters.
