I went in and They honestly were extremely awkward and acted more like an elementary school receptionist, treated me like a child, They just were not getting what I was trying to say and on top of it all when I declined the glasses that my insurance would cover and decided to pay out of pocket the fairly larhe lady with dark hair rolled her eyes at me and kept making faces at me when I declined the year long insurance and basically had to beg Them to stop bothering me by repeating that I think im capable of taking care of my own stuff. Dug into why I wasnt there with my mother which truly is none of Their business. I would never go back here but to be fair my prescription is pretty dang good the service was just unprofessional and rude. These people treat small talk like a personal insult.

My glasses was bent and felt awkward, the nice lady took them to the back and straightened them, and showed me some options on different types, gave me an estimate on a new pair, I have always get good professional services when I get my exam and like the availability of being available almost everywhere there is a walmart, so ten thumbs up great job marietta Walmart vision center

The old Grey haired woman working here was extremely rude to my exceptionally sweet wife and young son, for absolutely no reason. I will be escalating this further, until action is taken. She should be very, very grateful that I was not there.

I am very upset knowing that I'm not the only person that has been treated badly by one of the women that works there. I just needed one pair of contacts until next week so I can drive and so I'm not sick also so I do not have bad headaches. Fine you don't want to help me. But children that are suffering because of this woman, is inexcusable. I will not and others will not stand for this. I pay out of pocket for help and so do these people. It's not okay and I WILL do something about this. We are people who need help with our VISION. If we need one pair of contacts for a week or a child that needs frames because they had gotten broke at school. We pay for those right's. not you! WE do! Thanks for not helping us with what we need.

The lady was sub there she seem pretty rude and can't really hear she saying plus she was told I am hard of hearing! She still treat me werid I been there before and i wanted contact and suppose order haven't gotten it and I had before she want give me some to try and she gave my my eye exam she even rudder as far she not understand I had hard understanding also plus I think she need eyes check for people who don't appreciate her attitude and manners
