There is no option for 0 stars. First we had to reschedule because their ac went out. After rescheduling we had to sit for almost 3 hours after the appointment time to even go back. When asked what was going on they just said "we are not sure what's going on it will be just a short delay." If you are a working individual find another place so you can actually get it done. I would never recommend this place. It was aweful.
