I took my dad for his appointment today we were there at 3:15, after we checked in we waited 40 minutes to be called in, the nurse did few checks for my dad eyes then took us to another waiting area we waited until 5pm, then we were put in a small room to wait for the Dr to come. We waited for another half an hour and the Dr. Didn't show up, we decided to leave. I dont recommend this place especially during this pandemic in addition to spending long hours there, one of the workers walking around without a mask on.

The people that work in the optical shop threw a fit when I tried to order contacts through 1-800Contacts and wouldn't give me my prescription to do so. Not sure if they are aware of the FCLCA Compliance and Contact Lens Safety law, which protects consumers like myself from being required to buy through an optical shop. Seriously one of the most moronic experiences of my life. Needless to say I haven't been back in years. The eye doctor was nice enough, though.
