Once I got there, everyone was fantastic. Front desk to fitting for new frames was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Coleman was exceptionally personable, and very knowledgeable. Explained everything as she was checking my eyes, what everything meant and how to mitigate issues, what she could and could not help with. My only issue was, as mentioned in "once I got there" was I was late because their mobile app is not quite ready for public use. As this was my first time to this location, I clicked on the link for directions, and it took me to a different eye doctor about 1/4 mile up the road. It didn't click in my head, because it was generally the same area. Once I got there, the name wasn't Clarkson, but I remapped it using the Clarkson location, and it gave me the same place as before. However, when I went in, it was the wrong place, but they seemed to know what was up, because they told me they would call Clarkson and let me know I was on the way. Other than that minor hiccup, the visit was fantastic.

I can't say how say how much i appreciated Dr. Coleman and Emily today after having a very unpleasant, rude, and quite frankly unprofessional experience with another Drs office.
This office made me feel heard, seen, and were so compassionate and assuring they would get to the bottom of the glasses issue/ prescription issue that the previous office refused me to fix. Not only did Dr Coleman do a thorough assessment, she took the time to explain things and assured me that even if i had an issue again with my glasses they wouldn't stop until we found the solution unlike the previous place who told me there was "nothing they could do" since they did the exam over once already and i needed to "go see my GP......". Then i got to Emily and she took the time to listen and also took her time getting measurements and didn't rush me out the door, Not to mention she was so sweet with my son whom i had with me during all of this, they both were!
