Great customer service from the Doctor providing the exams. Thank you! I called back about pupillary distance not being provided on the prescription and that I wasn't able to order a pair of glasses. I was told that should have been requested at the time of service, but that I could bring the four of us back in to the office for the measurement. I asked that moving forward could we share feedback with the doctors that the info should be provided to customers so we don't have to make multiple trips? They said "we don't know what you do with the prescription when you leave here", regarding ordering glasses. She then slammed the phone to hang up. Poor customer service from a customer service representative- unprofessional, standoffish, kurt, and hung up the phone. When I called back the same customer service representative said they thought the conversation was done and hung up. If so, no have a good day, thank you for calling, etc? I'll share the name with the doctor. Hoping they had a bad day and this isn't a common theme, but that poor interaction will keep my business from coming back to the franchise. I'm going in to talk to the doctor tomorrow to give the feedback.

My $10 exam with insurance turned into $387. The frames are cheap, broke in less than 2 weeks but charged me $130. They never did fit, the bifocals are too high in the lens and I've been back several times for adjustments with no solution. Now they want to charge me for another fee for a 2nd pair of frames cause I didn't buy their protection. I've only had these glasses 2 weeks and I'd rather not be able to see then to spend another dime at this store that just rushes you out of the door. If they would have traded out the frames for proper ones that actually fit they frames wouldn't have broke. You're just a dollar sign to them nothing more. All I wanted was to be able to clearly read small print again.

My appointment was at 12 and I got there early they took me right in and every staff member was so nice and kind love this place.

One of my best experiences ever purchasing glasses. They let me take my time looking at frames and then gave me a discount as I had no insurance. The Manager and the women behind the desk were all wonderful.
