Eye Doctors: Hurst Matthew J OD

Had an appointment scheduled for 2 months because that's the soonest they could get me in. Show up on the day of my appointment just 10 minutes late, wait in line for another 10 minutes, get taken back to a room & wait for 10 minutes, then someone comes in & tells that they need to reschedule with me because they don't have time for me. When we go to reschedule it's another 2 months out. Seriously? For the 30 minutes I'm in the office & seeing the doctor dig around in a closet I never would have imagined being 10 minutes late would mean my appointment is invalid. Just absolutely ridiculous. Will not be coming here again. Glasses & contacts aren't cheap. I've been coming here for almost 3 years. To lose a customer over 10 minutes is really unfortunate on their end. I understand I was a bit late, I apologized for that when I first got there & was told it's okay, we're all late from time to time. Worse of all though I was never given an apology whatsoever for the extreme inconvenience on my end.
