Bought glasses here within 4-5 months the lenses started chipping around the edges called them was told unless I have a warranty I'm essentially out of luck... Just overall very low quality and customer service

The ladies who worked there were wonderful, however, the doctor himself not so much! I took my 6 year old there and he had very too little patience at all with her. She is only in the first grade and does know her letters but being young she sometimes gets them wrong. He kept being very stern with her and telling her to quit playing around and when she asked questions about what he was doing or the equipment he was using, she was often told to sit there and be quiet. If he doesn't have the patience for small children then maybe they should treat adults only.

I've had two experiences here, having eye exams and getting glasses for my son and myself. The vision center and exam rooms are both extremely clean environments, and the employees are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. They have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from with great prices. Last but not least the people working here are fantastic. Super helpful, patient, and friendly, I left the store thrilled with my choice of frames and in a great mood! I will continue to shop and have eye exams here from now on.

I, honestly, CANNOT THANK YOU enough! I called at 9 am, to see if I could get in today, as I broke me glasses, yesterday. Not only were you all able to fit me in SAME day (I'm down from Akron, visiting my boyfriend), you helped me pick out a new pair of frames and gave me a copy of my new script. I am so thankful and impressed. And everyone was very kind! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
