Update 9/15/24: I had an experience here I previously shared which I feel could (mostly) be an edge case and unfair to be the only review given. Not only that I trust this business will check into whether my case is an edge case or if their equioopment needs re-calibrated. So I have revised it to a 5 star rating and want to give the business a chance to acknowledge what happened. I did make an effort to tell them about the issue I had in person, and that effort went unresponded to, although it was heard. Specifically, my PD was measured by their equipment to be a certain value, and, that value was much lower thnan my actual PD as measured there before, and as measured elsewhere in the present. My PD was measured to be accurately much higher , after my exam here. And my PD, as mentioned above, was measured to be accurately higher years ago at an older exam at this exact practice. these accurately higher values match. The exception is my recent exam here this year, which they used an I-Pad and measured my PD as 3 millimeters lower than it actually is. They then used that PD the i-Pad emasured for my Rx and subsequently the glasses i ordered. I had a follow up re-examination here courtesy of the doctor to help remedy the situation. Yet we were looking at other values instead of the PD - even though I mentioned PD was a concern to begin with. Therefore, their equipment measuring my PD as the same erroneous lwoer PD was not given proper attention on the second exam. In the end, they are all very friendly, and likely would have worked with me had I returned. However, I had already gone back and forth to this location several times and decided to give up with them. As I had found a more efficient means to my end by having my PD measured accurately elsewhere and having new glasses made with them, which are much more noticeably comfortable to see through than the Rx I had at this location recently.
