Great, unbelievable experience with the virtual exam!! It's like they say, once you try it, you'll never go back to how it was before. Try it, you'll like it. Ky and Crystal were absolutely amazing. I will be back.

Every time that I come in for help with my glasses, I am left feeling like I got a brand new pair The girls that work here are so sweet and understanding. They always adjust my glasses and clean them up so nicely. I got help from Lexy and Kai at the very end of the day and they were so patient with me! I'm never disappointed when I come here, no matter who helps me. Thank you My Eye Doctor for caring about your customers! I'll be making an appointment soon!

Dr Miller is the best eye doctor I have ever seen in my life! Dr Skandeles (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) is amazing too. I have lived in multiple states and travelled all over and seen different eye doctors and there is nobody who understands my eyes the way she does! Her skills are unmatched! She helps find me lenses to correct my astigmatism and she does an amazing job and finding the perfect prescription for my challenging eyes! I can't thank her enough, I've been so stressed from a bad experience with a PREVIOUS eye doctor and after seeing her today I cannot tell you the relief I feel being able to see again!!! I am so so thankful and appreciative. The entire staff is awesome and very welcoming. Great selection of contacts and glasses as well and great prices! If you are hesitant, make your appointment you will NOT regret it!!! Thank you!!!!!

Went because it was recommended. I haven't been to the eye doctor in years. This place blew me away. Very pleasant staff. (I was 10 mins late) Had my insurance brought up in a jiffy. The tests were really fast and efficient. Then picking out glasses out of a good selection. 5 stars will recommend.

I scheduled a virtual appointment not knowing what that would be like and it was fantastic. The technicians were friendly and helpful through the whole exam and the doctor, though remote, is still able to address any issues or questions you have. They have a great selection of frames as well that fell within the budget of my insurance.

I found the doctor (Skendelas) very condescending and dismissive. I have only been to the eye doctor a handful of times but was made to feel so uncomfortable the one time I came here. I definitely won't be returning to this location; or at least see a different doctor

The two staff members that were working was very unprofessional. I have never felt more unwelcomed at a place as I did the day I was there. I was placing an order for glasses and asked how much an upgrade would be and was treated like I should already know. The attitudes were uncalled-for. I see why the Frank Road office only gets a 2.9 rating.Would not recommend this place.
