I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Before you go buy your glasses from them take into consideration that the quality of your lenses will not be great my daughter has a pair of transitional lenses and scratch resistant supposedly is what I purchased. Now they said just because I didn't get insurance on the glasses I would have to cough up another 500 dollars just to get them fixed and clearly looking at the lenses that is a blur on the inside of the actual lens. They tried telling me it was because it was super scratched and I don't buy that. Mind you my daughter is only 4 with two astigmatisms in her eyes so she very much needs these glasses. I think this practice is horrible and unethical would def choose another eye practice.

came in about a year ago for an eye exam and to get glasses. the front desk ladies right off the bat treated me very differently because i was using medicaid insurance. i got my eye exam. when i got my glasses, i told the lady that i couldn't see at all out of the prescription. it made me very dizzy. that i thought the prescription wasn't correct. she told me that everyone says that when they first get new glasses and that it will feel fine in a few days. fast forward, it is a year later and it never went away. i am completely positive that my prescription is not accurate. i struggle to see. there was literally a flipped over car in my lane and i couldn't see it ahead of me.. very blurry. and i called to try to get them to fix it, but now they don't take medicaid. i am low income and provide for myself and i only get one eye exam w glasses per year and i feel like i wasted it on this. and i cant even see! i am just constantly squinting!

Dr. Was very professional. Not a good overall experience. Wanted new lenses for very sturdy, wide frames. They had me sign a waiver that if they damaged them in handling that I could purchase from them for 50% off. No follow up for three weeks so I called and they had to find frames. Next day they called to say they were broken in handling, reminded me of waiver stating i could purchase from them for 50% off...no thanks.

In the USMC as their Corpsman the highest superlative is OUTSTANDING that is unequivocally how I define Dr. Lovas , his professionalism , being easily approachable , his depth of knowledge and explaining in a way the patient can understand , his confidence in his ability us work with the eye instrumentation and genuine care and compassion in concert with his sense of humor are to name a few of my clinical observations of him . Also I must mention Ben his assistant who performed a superb job with the preliminary ophthalmic work with his easy going personality . PS I served in health care x 48 years Amen.

MyEyeDr. In Perrysburg Is really nice and accepts lots of different insurances & has a large selections of various glasses. They really work to maximize your insurance benefits & ask for Tomie for your glasses(she is a cool Lady named after her Dad). Dr. Desalvo did my eye exam and has excellent communication skills and explained things thoroughly. I also recommend the computer glasses for anyone that works with screens alot on their job, they have really helped me tremendously.

Good optometry service for several years, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone when I have an urgent question. They want everything done online, so they clearly don't care that a large percentage of the population still expects prompt customer service IN PERSON. I'm done with this company. I miss Dr. Brodie.

They tried to Bill me separately from my Insurance. Dual members pay 0. They said the secondary Insurance wouldn't pay the rest of the bill. Turned out to be a lie. BeWare!

Dr. Lovas and his team were incredible to work with. I've been putting off getting contacts because I was lowkey scared of touching my eyeballs. They made the process so easy and made sure I was comfortable at every step. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is welcoming and very skilled. Vibes are immaculate 10/10
