I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over 30 years! Much of that was due to my father passing away from a rare form of eye cancer called ocular melanoma. Dr. Michael Zysic was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. When I shared my family history, he was compassionate and thorough during the examination. I also initially had an issue with my insurance, but the staff helped resolve it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this group to anyone!

Wouldn't trust my eye care/needs with anyone else. Very thorough and attentive with their exams and answer any and all questions you may have in a way for you understand. Zoe, was absolutely exceptional with getting fitted for glasses and finding the right ones that look good.

Everyone is friendly and attentive. The doctor speaks to you as a peer and is calm in his approach. The frame selection is great. I always find something I like and they help me find frames that fit my face shape and personality. I moved 90 miles away and I still come here for my eyes!

Had a fantastic first visit at Zysik EyeCare! Appointment scheduling was easy, and they have late appointments to fit your schedule. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. Both opticians made sure to explain the process and made great suggestions on frames. Madison was very sweet and was thorough with the initial exams. Dr Zysik is an expert in his field was very informative. He took time to explain the photos taken of my retina and potential problems to look out for in the future. He suggested daily contacts and provided samples to try due to my dry eyes. Wonderful to see such a great team working well in an independent practice. Would recommend highly to family and friends!

My husband was happy with his exam and initial visit. However, when he returned to pick up the glasses he ordered, the wrong frames/glasses were given to him that did not fit him. When he questioned the fit of the frames he was told "those are the ones you ordered". The frames were broken by the tech trying to bend them to fit. Another pair was ordered that took another 2 weeks to arrive. When he went to pick them up they again tried to give him the wrong glasses. Finally they asked his name again, and found his correct glasses in the drawer. He was a month without glasses and inconvenienced having to return twice. He found the tech to be abrasive and was told she had 12 years experience and knew what she was doing. We won't be returning to your office. May I suggest verifying the customer's identity carefully and treating them with respect always? Always listen to your patient if they have something to say.

Staff and Doctors are kind and caring. They take the time to explain and answer any questions.
