Ohio State Optometry Services at Outpatient Care Pickerington

I have gone here multiple times for eye exams with the residents and they are always polite, professional and do a great job! Most recently I had an exam with Hallie, she was so kind and explained everything that she was doing. Highly recommend!

The staff at OSU was extremely friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped determine my choice of glasses and did not rush ne in any way I always recommend OSU to other people and my experience this time supported my continued recommendations

Very helpful in making sure my glasses fit well. Actually listened to my concerns regarding my eyes and truly were partners in my care. Have been going to OSU for optometry services since I was a kid. So happy there is a location actually near where I live versus having to go to campus.

Worst first impression & further bad experience . Today the doctors excuse for not being prepared a month in advance was because "we are small in staff" ( in his words). I'm shocked Just in case your looking for contacts here's what you can look forward to : Original I scheduled in beginning of February First appointment 2/23 canceled/rescheduled over the phone due to someone not being available. Second appointment 3/9 advised I arrived too late , understandable I was running late and rescheduled (which was okay) but I rescheduled IN PERSON. Which leads me to today 3/16 I finally was to do my contact exam. I already got my glasses from another optometry and just needed a quick prescription for my usual colored contacts. **Side note The scheduler was originally the one who asked if I was okay with Air Optics because that's the only colored contact brand they have (which I thought was a perfect. ) HOWEVER when the eye doctor guy comes back I'm advised I can't do a fitting because they don't have any Air Optics but they should be there tomorrow and I'll have to reset for next Tuesday since they aren't open tomorrow. No one was prepared and they could have called me to let know whenever they became aware they didn't have any and had to ORDER. I've taken off 3 days of work for nothing. Thank you Osu wasting my time !

I was brought back within a few minutes of arriving. The whole team was so nice. The gentleman helping me pick frames went above and beyond to help me calculate the copay on a pair of sunglasses with my glasses

OSU Optometry at Pickerington is wonderful! Making an appointment was easy and I was able to get in quickly. The facility is clean and beautiful. The doctor who examined me was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. It was one of the fastest eye appointments I've ever had but I never once felt like it was rushed. She asked questions, listened to my answers, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan of care. I highly recommend any and all OSU outpatient care facilities, especially the Optometry services at Pickerington!

The staff and doctors are always so great to work with! Staff are friendly and helpful! Facility is beautiful. Very efficient - exam, eye dilation, contact check and eyeglasses selection all done in an hour.
