My whole family has been seeing Dr. Tracy at Pickerington Eye Care for years. Dr. Tracy is thorough and takes the time to explain and answer questions. The staff is friendly and helpful when making/changing appointments and checking in/out. There is never pressure to buy glasses there, although I do. The variety of style and quality of frames and accuracy of prescription lens has always been very good. Whenever there has been an issue, they were quick to correct it to my satisfaction. Highly reccommend!

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Chontos took the time to talk through what he looks for in evaluating someone's eyesight and eye health. He also took the time to talk through his recommendations and the why behind them. At the end they walked me through every line item on my bill so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend.

Great options for frames that are stylish and strong. Fantastic pricing even better customer focused service by optician I worked with. She found a solution for my past glasses that broke after 1 month of use ( from else where again!!) I am so excited for my new frames.

We have been going to Pickerington eye care for a long time. We absolutely love our providers and the staff! Both my son and I have been through vision therapy there as well and had amazing progress. Dr. Hall is amazing with my son! Super encouraging, really engaging, includes him in his care and answers his questions. Dr. Traci sees my husband and he enjoys seeing him. He is knowledgeable, thorough with exams, has great patient care connection, and has been really helpful in my husband's eye care needs. I see both providers due to my eye care needs and ha e nothing but great things to say! We have reccomend many friends in the area to this practice and will continue too.
