Everyone in the office was so kind and personable. I really appreciated all the technology available in this clinic as well. If you're looking for a new eye doctor in Plain City or the surrounding area, go see Dr Joe and his team!

This was my first visit here and I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to all! The staff and the Doctor were all very friendly. The appointment was quick but thorough. And they were patient while I tried on a million pairs of glasses! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

I've been in Columbus for about 7 years now, and Dr. Joe is hands down the best eye doctor I've had since moving here. His office uses really up-to-date technology that makes appointments quick and easy. He's super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient--especially with someone like me who can never tell the difference between "1 or 2" during the vision test! He also took the time to let me try out multiple different contact lenses options that may work best for me and my daily lifestyle/habits; and sent home different brands to try out before buying. He also got me in right away without hesitation when I was explaining what happened to the front desk, which he didn't need to do! On top of that, his contact lens prices are the most affordable I've found, even compared to the smaller town I used to live in. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for a new eye doctor or live in the area.

Had a great experience here. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from, and all of the staff are really kind and knowledgeable.

I had great visit today! the doctor was very accommodating with me having my 2 year old with me and not minding him crying while we did my exam. He was also very understanding with needing to reschedule my 2 year olds eye exam because he wasn't having a good day. highly recommend and will be coming back to hopefully get my son to cooperate for his exam.

It was my first time at Plain City Eye Care. I was very happy with the level of service and I thought Dr Braun was excellent. She explained everything very thoroughly it terms I could understand.
