This was such a wonderful experience after having a meh experience elsewhere. Eric is amazing and so helpful. He is kind and found my glasses were wrapped from prior eye care provider. He fixed them for me quickly without issue. Dr. Simms is wonderful. He is bubbly, energetic and explained my eye health and needs very clearly. Michelle answered all my tricky questions at the beginning of the meeting! I enjoyed my experience and really can't wait for my new Tom Ford prescription glasses.
