Great Doctor and an awesome team. They really do care about there jobs with the upmost professionalism and friendliness. I been a client for years especially for my wife who really needs eyeglasses. With my insurance they will pull up the information and know what's included and what is out of pocket. This year 2026 I got my eye examined and explained what I was looking for. I needed reading glasses not so
Much distance but I wanted transitioning glasses during sunny days without switching sunglasses to reading glasses. They took care of me. I love this location and I don't think anyone can beat this A team. Thanks Pearl Vision

Dr. Troy is very thorough and pleasant. He explained all the changes in my eyes since last time and showed me the photos taken today of my inner eye. The ladies who helped me before and after my eye exam were knowledgeable and helpful taking the eye tests and assisting me in picking out my new glasses. This Pearle Vision outlet is a place that I would highly recommend.

Went in and when she started going over prices, they seemed really high For the classes I wanted and then discussed options.Went back from my exam with Dr. Troy, which went well. However, when I came out, she had all these different numbers acting like oh wait I didn't have your insurance. It felt like a switcheroo. She kept wanting to compare to The price without insurance. They were well aware of the insurance that I had. Felt like she was trying to play me. I worked with Melissa. Don't understand why you would go over prices with someone when not including their insurance. Like I was getting some deal. Which based on comparisons I was not.
