Dr. Davis and staff are phenomenal!! Doc takes the time to listen and answer questions and concerns. He is so knowledgeable and puts a patient at ease from the beginning. He is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. The staff is so wonderful! They take time to explain best options with the insurance, and go out of their way to even fix broken eyeglasses!! Trust me, you are in good hands when you choose Europtical!

Dr. Davis is an excellent doctor, I have been going to him for years. He is extremely thorough and his appointments are efficient and his exams are not unpleasant at all. He is always fun to talk to and actually, all of his staff is wonderful. The entire Rocky River team is always friendly, efficient and a very good experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable and excellen and very personable. Florin heps with our frames and lenses. He is excellent and gives you great tips on how to pick the best frame for your face. Letitia and Simona are so sweet and very welcoming to everyone. Everyone makes our visit a great experience and makes us feel like family instead of a customer. And they have the most amazing selection of frames to select from. Stellar. The Europtical team is like no other optical establishment I've been to. The warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail will make you feel like you are a celebrity customer. Dr. Davis is as down-to-earth as you can get, but watching him work I could tell he takes his profession very seriously. Simona is equally detail-oriented and happy to help with anything from questions about your prescription to insurance to upcoming frames. The curated selection of frames here is mesmerizing but never overwhelming. And there's a very good reason for that: his name is Florin. Florin is simply amazing. At most places, if you're lucky, you'll get candid feedback on whether a pair works for you. Florin reads your soul. There is no other explanation. I'm not talking about merely his ability to pick out a winner on first try (my first pair) but also his ability to suss out your deeper, shyer aesthetic instincts (my second pair, and certainly others to come). I have several unusual, if not unique, eye problems that have posed difficulties the past few years, both in the measurement and in the filling of my prescriptions. I've been to several optometrists, but despite their best efforts I continued to experience problems. A friend told me that she had been to Dr. Mark Davis and was quite satisfied and so I followed her lead. Dr. Davis was very thorough in his examination and careful in listening to my history and my own observations, the end result being a highly satisfied and grateful patient. Less critical, though certainly important, is the terrific assortment of frames available to accompany the successful prescription. I will certainly return.
