Staff is wonderful. They need another person working to handle the amount of patients. It is very exhausting to wait two hours. Many patients are elderly. My husband is 96 and gets a shot every 5 -6 weeks. He is always worn out when we get home

Dr Miller is terrific bc but so MH thing needs done w/timing. Sitting in waiting rm, struck up a conversation w/an older lady, in convo we talked about time of appt. Times ranged from 2:40 to3:15. The lady w/3:15 appt got taken before any of the rest! My appt was 2:45 & I didn't get out of there till 4:20! Too long for 1 shot!

Mom had Dr Millers Physician s Assistant at her last appt! What a huge difference. He was extremely friendly, took extra time and put a lot more numbing drops in her eye. When he gave her the shot she did not fight it as much and didn't hurt as much. She hates getting these shots and it gets harder and harder to get her there for the shots. If we could schedule with the PA every time we would prefer him.
