First; had an appointment scheduled and doctor went out in vacation. Which is fine but instead of calling me they sent a letter; which takes a while and could have gotten in sooner. Then they rescheduled me for the hospital location and got to appointment And said my insurance VSP was not taken here. Trying to get my child in before school... scheduling is a joke !
