This is not a reflection on Dr McPherson but on the practice. She is a very good doctor. I called with an emergency. I had some kind of infection in my eye. There was not one doctor in that practice who could see me on the day I called. This is unacceptable that in an emergency situation, a long-time patient could not be seen on the same day.
