I had a wonderful experience at Total Vision Centers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. The eye examination was extremely thorough and detailed. The doctor took the time to carefully explain every step of the process, including the tests being performed and what the results meant. I truly appreciated how clearly everything was communicated -- it made me feel informed and confident about my eye health. What stood out the most was the attention to detail. They didn't just rush through the appointment; they ensured my prescription was accurate, answered all my questions patiently, and provided helpful recommendations tailored to my needs. The clinic is clean, well-equipped with modern technology, and the overall environment is comfortable and professional. Very friendly and professional service. The eye doctor (Valerie Mangold) answered all of my questions and was very thorough , as well as Misty & Jeff helping with eyewear selection. I don't want to forget Kevin He did the pre examine testing. He was very polite and made testing very easy. Excellent team!! I was very satisfied with the service.

I have been going to Total Vision for 28 years. I have always felt welcome and everyone is so professional and friendly! I saw Dr. Mangold for the past 2 years and I really like her and she seems very competent and takes time to explain her reasoning to the changes to my contacts and glasses. Then Jeff Dubro, the optician with the practice, he is professional and also fun to talk to- feels like I am visiting friends.

Kevin, Misty, Valerie Mangold all did a fantastic job ! They took the time to make sure you were comfortable and explained everything very well. Jeff is great !! Very informative and took the time to explain different things in regards to contacts versus glasses. I appreciate the entire staff at total vision centers. Thank you !!

My wife and I have been patients at Total Vision for over 20 years. We have always received excellent care and service during that time. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond if you need help after you purchase your glasses. For example, if you need to have your frames adjusted, replacing the nosepieces, or need a new storage case for your glasses, just call or stop by and they will take care of you, free of charge. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs.
