Eyemart Express

Came in to get replacement prescription sunglasses. Shawn was THE absolute best! He took time to answer all my question and offer suggestions. He is a real jewel. Knowledgeable, friendly and knows his products. Shawn is the reason I will be a repeat customer! Thank you Shawn.

I lost my glasses recently, I didn't need a new prescription yet but I made it glasses to be able to see. I walked into Eyemart Express and explained my situation to them. My prescription was there already from the last pair of glasses and all I needed to do was pick out a frame and I had glasses in 35 minutes. The total time that I spent in the store was about an hour and a half. I've been to other stores and it takes forever and I personally recommend I might Express to get all of your new glasses because you can get them right away depending on the type of prescription that you have. I see people smiling when they leave and I know I'm always happy when I leave Eyemart Express. Just go there the atmosphere is nice there's so many glasses to choose from. Whether you have insurance or not they always seem to have a special on buy one get one free or a large percentage off a second pair. I might Express offers some of the most amazing name brand frames I've ever seen. You walk out of there looking classy every time. And they have frames to fit everyone children to seniors you can find what you need at Eyemart Express and have your glasses the same day. My original glasses pictured on the right side. Went in needed glasses ASAP. Tiffany was amazing helping me pick out frames and getting everything ready for the glasses to be made. Even got a pair of prescription sunglasses. Would definitely recommend if you have an emergency like I did or just need to update your prescription or look! Thank you for getting it done for me!

Within the first week I had my right lens fall out. I went in and a woman clerk tightened the screws. Last week I was cleaning them and the weirdest thing happened. Not only did my right lens completely turn but the frame turned with it! I couldn't see and my husband looked at them. The left lens was still round but the right lens and frame ended up in an oval shape! I have been wearing glasses for 60 years and never had this happen before. Plus the screws are stripped! I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Two ladies at the desk who greeted you when you came in for your apt., were very helpful. They helped me with different eye frames. They were honest, on what they thought looked nice on me. Which I did have a hard time deciding, myself. Tiffany also, was a big help. Found out then you wouldn't take Humana Insurance, anymore. I was upset, trying to figure out what to do. Don't want any other eye place. Decided to check my phone? Thank goodness, my phone, had a text with a coupon. Which I received, that morning. Buy one, get second 40 percent off. Boy was I happy and releaved. Tiffany marked my lenses and everything was ok. Thank the Lord. Picked my glasses up on Monday. Tiffany had me try them on. One pair, she worked with the frame. Other glasses were fine. Thank goodness, walked out a happy person. Now, the eye doctor wants me to come back in six months. Concerned about my right eye? Will have to decide what to do? They don't except Humana. Thank you to the ladies that helped me.

We were in there for 25 minutes picked out the frames completed the paperwork and within an hour later the glasses were ready. To boot this was on a Saturday when the store was fairly to moderately busy!! First time customer and now a customer for life!!!

I had an eye appointment with Dr. Fullenkamp on Jan 23, 2026 which was today. The two ladies that sign you in at the front desk or very polite and professional. One of the young ladies that worked the front desk had me to look at some images while she took pictures of my eyes. She spend more time with me than the actual eye doctor. Dr. Fullenkamp basically took his time filling out the paperwork on me, and getting my insurance information. But when he gave me the eye exam I was rushed through it. He asked me what images looked better but he doesn't pause long enough for you to tell him what images looked better he just clicks real fast to the next image. How do you know if you're even getting an accurate eye exam when he just rushes through the eye exam?Then he had the nerve to ask me if I had any questions. Why so you can rush me through the question process too. I want be back. My experience was very disappointing.

Customer Service was excellent. I am not sure I like my new specs though. Going to wear them for a week to see but they really don't feel to good
