Michelle the manager was fantastic! Made me feel comfortable. She took her time and didn't rush. She even helped me pick out my glasses even though I had a questionable pair already. Top notch
The only part I didn't like the lady who checked me in was rude and made me pay before I was seen. I made a joke and she stated I can go somewhere else if I don't want the exam there very rude.
Michelle made up the difference and apologized and was helpful

The doctor is great, but the rest of the place is a dumpster fire. I showed up to pick up my glasses, and they couldn't find them. It turns out that at some point, someone changed the last name on my file. I have no idea why, of whom. After sitting there having one woman act like I was SOL, another woman came over and searched the computer using my phone number and found them. They also had the wrong name down on my prescription. When I asked for a new copy, with the correct name, the woman just scratched the name out and wrote overtop of it.

The entire staff and Dr McMurray were so kind and accommodating to me and my 10 year old. Excellent service and Im very grateful for how accommodating they were.

McMurray does not listen. Wrote incorrect prescription for both glasses and lenses. I have never had an issue with having my prescription adjusted for my SLIGHT astigmatism. I have had blurry vision since receiving the product. I was not given a contact lens fitting even though I have never used contacts for astigmatism and stated as much during my exam. 300 dollars wasted on unusable products. While waiting for assistance, several people jumped in front of me and i w Now I am being charged a co-pay where my plan explicitly states there are no co-pays 5 months later.
I have submitted a formal complaint via their web corporate feedback form as there is no main customer service line available and even the AI service agent was unable to provide any information for reaching a human. After staying on hold for 40 minutes, I was told that they will not reverse the charges and continue to send bills.
It is highly advisable to find a different location for your vision care.

I have been wearing glasses only a few years now , my first visit to Walmart vision was great the staff there were very nice and helpful.... Today I called and yes they did answer the phone.,. The girl I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful she took the time answered all my questions I will definitely return to get my next pair of glasses here.

My husband and I had appointments today at 3:30 and 4 and by 5 pm we still weren't seen and had to leave. Unacceptable and such a waste of our time. We will be going elsewhere!

Dr Colarossi is one of the best around. He takes time to really listen and truly cares for his patients.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Beth answered the phone first thing in the morning cheerfully and was very helpful. Highly recommend Dr Colarossi and his staff. I've seen other reviews that mention a longer wait time please keep in mind that you too would want the extra time if you are having problems and the time the Dr. takes with his patients are exactly why you may have experienced a longer wait time. He answers your questions and listens instead of rushing you in and out.
Personal care can sometimes take more time than expected. But be assured the time and care will be taken with your time with him as well. That's what I want In a dr. One who truly cares about my and my families well being.
