Dr. Marra & Associates

Everyone is always so welcoming, and helpful. I went to pick up my glasses and mentioned I was having an issue with my sunglasses and she took them to the back and fixed them for me. I really appreciated that. I won't go anywhere else for my eye care.

I've been seeing Dr. Marra since I was a baby and Dr. Tucker since they moved to their new location a few years ago - almost 30 total years as a patient! I've never once had a bad experience - both doctors are wonderful, the opticians are always fun and friendly, and the office is always so nice and clean. The administration is thorough with checking insurance and explaining costs up front, so I've never received a bill that I wasn't expecting. I'm leaving the practice now that I've moved out of state, and I only hope my new office provides the same level of care!

If I could give Dr. Marra and his staff ten stars I would. He is literally the best eye Doctor I have ever been seen by. Dr. Tucker is awesome too. Their entire staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Marra quite literally saved my vision and I owe him a debt of gratitude. He's absolutely the best and I appreciated everything he's done for me as a patient

I have supported Dr. Marra for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered customized lenses but couldn't afford them and paid what I could. After three years of bills and no response to my refund request, I finally spoke to Amber, who was rude and dismissive. They only care about money, not their customers. I didn't get a full refund and settled for less. I do not recommend this eye doctor. Look elsewhere for someone who truly cares about your eyes.

I have been a long time client and up until a recent visit, have had nothing but good experiences. This review and rating is based solely on my experience on 11/6/24, and was bad enough to make consider leaving the practice. I brought my son in to pick up his new glasses, set up his contacts fitting appointment, and use my benefit to order contacts for myself. My schedule is very busy so trying to find a time to bring him in was difficult and the receptionist was getting visibly upset and becoming increasingly more and more rude to me while doing this. I did not have a problem waiting for this appointment but she seemed to get more and more offended every time I said a day and time would not work. This was even after I said what days and times would work for us. For context, I did not feel like this was important enough to pull him out of school for so needed a later in the day appointment. Once we got a date, I then said I needed to order contacts and that set her off even more, storming out of the reception area and telling me to hold on while she gets my sons glasses we are picking up. When she came back she got upset that I didn't want to just order a 90 day supply of contacts but needed to know how much they would be with my benefit. The last time I used my benefit for contacts it would only cover a 30 day supply without paying alot over and I said this to her. She was very dismissive and after a bit said something to the effect of, I don't know why you don't just order the 90 day supply, it's only $10 more. I again said last time I tried it would have cost much more but if that is all it is I would go ahead and order those. I have never been treated so badly by anyone there and have no desire to go back right now if this may happen again. The gentlemen who assisted us with my sons glasses was wonderful and I would give 5 stars to as well as everyone else I have ever encountered in this office. I love Dr Tucker, who we see now, and Dr Marra, who I used to see at the Secor location, but I will not go somewhere that allows such horrible treatment at the front end.

Dr Marra and his entire staff are top notch. They always get me in and out as promised and do a very thorough exam .

Both optometrists are extremely friendly and professional. I took my elderly parents, and the staff made the entire experience very easy and comfortable.

I arrived 15 minutes early at 10am for my appointment at 10:15am. Once I filled out the paperwork, I sat for nearly 45 minutes waiting to be seen. I watched at least 3 other people who came in after me be seen by the doctor. At 10:45am I approached the front desk and said, "it's 1045, and my appointment was at 10:15. What's going on?". The front desk woman said, "we had an emergency and had to squeeze someone in." I said, "an emergency? Nobody has come in with an emergency." She stated, "well they don't come in on a stretcher or anything, but they came In before you." I sat in that office for nearly an hour. The doctor had plenty of time to chum it up with an old buddy and completely ignore me. A complete waste of time and incredibly unprofessional. I will gladly pay out of pocket to go anywhere else.
